What is your refund policy for classes and camps?
When classes and camps are cancelled by the City, a full refund will be granted. Refund policies for other reasons vary by program. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Yes, the City offers a limited number of scholarships for individuals and families that qualify based on financial need. Does the library have free wifi?
Yes! Both of the public libraries have free wifi. The network is called Midas and is available 24/7. No password is required.
Can I renew my book even if it is overdue?
Yes, but if someone has placed a request for the book then it will not be available. The overdue late charge will be added to your account.
If I return my item to the book-drop after you are closed will it be overdue?
No, it will not be overdue. All items returned to the book drop between the close of business and opening on the following day will be checked in with the previous day.
