A year ago, the City of San Rafael and the Ritter Center discussed possible operational changes to their site to reduce impacts to the surrounding area. These discussions resulted in a formal agreement to relocate their shower, mail, and homeless food pantry services if comparable services were first established elsewhere. At their meeting on Monday, March 6 at 7 p.m., the City Council and community will receive an update on the implementation of these changes.
