Vision Zero was an initiative started in Sweden some years ago to get to zero roadway related fatalities and severe injuries. It takes engineering, education, enforcement, and strong policy all together to reach the goal of Vision Zero. This topic was discussed at the October 6 BPAC meeting and we will think about implementing more Vision Zero policies in our designs moving forward
