This project is nearing completion. Our Contractor has finished installation of the upper sewer laterals on Woodland Place and all of those residence sewers have been changed over to the new sewer main in Woodland Place and the old sewer main has been decommissioned and plugged. With a small amount of surface work, such as paving a some manhole rehabilitation, and some systems testing, this project is nearly finished.
The Contractor anticipates completing this project and be demobilized by early to mid-December and the SRSD contractor, Westland Contractors, will no longer be working within the area. Note that there is other work currently underway by Ghilotti Brothers, Inc. that is a City Department of Public Works project to install new Accessible curb ramps throughout the neighborhood and resurfacing Woodland Avenue.
